How Do I Buy Something?
Browse our categories and once you have your eyes set on a product, click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. This will add the product to your shopping cart at the top left corner, you can either continue shopping to add more products or click on the cart to proceed to checkout. At the checkout, you should fill in your contact detail and choose the payment options to proceed.
How to Request a Refund?
To request for a refund, customers should send email request to [email protected] which should include:
- Product that you wish to return
- Reason for returning the product
- Bank details – bank name, account holder name, account number, branch.
- Copy of the purchase receipt.

How Do I Rate the product?
Customers are allowed to rate, review, and provide feedback for all MHC products. Under every product we have a review section where you can leave your rating and feedback in the review box along with your contact details.
Can I Delete or Cancel my order
We allow customers to cancel their order with full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. If the customer cancels after the 24 hours, the product would have been already dispatched so some charges may incur.
Forgot Your Password?
If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking the ‘Forgot password’ link on the sign-in page. This will direct you to a page where you will need to enter the email address you specified when you registered on My Home Closet.

How Do I Close my account?
The users can’t close or delete their own account, if a customer wishes to do so they can email us on [email protected] and our team will assist them with that.
I found your product cheaper somewhere else. Can you match the price?
Yes. If you find the same product that we are selling, for a cheaper price, we will match that price. We will require the link to the website you found the product in for verification purposes.

What is MHC Returns Policy?
Returns are allowed within 3 to 4 days of receiving the product at the designated delivery address. The accepted circumstances for returns are
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- You no longer want the product and it is still in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product is not the same as the one in your order.
- You want to exchange the product for another.
