Shipping and Delivery

Delivery and Shipment of Order(s)

In the event, any Product(s) is (are) out of stock and/or unavailable on the Website (for any reason whatsoever, beyond MHC’s control), the User shall be promptly notified of the expected date of when such item and/or Product(s) may be restocked and available on the Website for purchase. In such an event, the shipping cost for the re-stock of such items will be borne solely by MHC;

MHC uses third-party delivery and shipping aggregators for delivery of all Order(s) placed on the Website. We endeavour, to the best of our abilities, to ensure that all deliveries reach you in a safe and timely manner. You will be solely responsible for providing correct and accurate information with respect to your personal details, including, but not limited to, the designated address and contact details, and ensure that you are available at the scheduled time of delivery. MHC shall bear no liability whatsoever for delays in delivering any Order(s) due to incorrect or inaccurate User information, and/or due to your non-responsiveness and inability to receive the Product upon the scheduled time of delivery;

MHC will provide the User with the relevant tracking information of the delivery for each Order placed on the Website. Any issues and/or delays with respect to the delivery, pursuant to the tracking information provided to the User, can be raised as a complaint on the Website by way of our enquiry form.

Delivery and Shipment of Order(s) within the UAE and GCC Region

MHC aims to process and deliver all Order(s) to the UAE and GCC within ten (10) working days of having placed the Order on the Website;

Pursuant to Clause 7.1 (xii) of the Terms, any Order(s) placed on the Website, to be delivered within the UAE, wherein the User has chosen the CoD payment method, and has not exceeded an Order threshold of two hundred Dirhams (AED200), then the User shall bear any/all delivery costs and/or any other applicable Additional Fees and Charges associated with the delivery;

Any/all Order(s) to be delivered within the UAE, wherein the User has exceeded the Order threshold of two hundred Dirhams (AED200), will not be subject to any delivery charges and such Orders shall be fulfilled and delivered to the User free of cost;

Users placing any Order(s) on the Website to be delivered within the UAE, but located outside of the metropolitan area(s), would be subject to delivery charges; meeting the Order threshold of two hundred Dirhams (AED200) and above would not waive any applicable delivery charges, in this instance;

Users placing any Order(s) on the Website to be delivered within the GCC region, would be subject to international shipping and delivery charges. They may also face certain shipping and delivery restrictions, such as, but not limited to, availing of shipping of the Order(s) within specific package dimensions as specified in Clause 7.3 (vii) below.

For deliveries and shipments to the UAE, MHC has partnered with Zajel, a third-party delivery aggregator. The specific package dimensions permitted for shipment are thirty centimeters in length by twenty-five centimeters in width by fifteen centimeters in height (36 x 25 x 15 cm).

For deliveries and shipments to the GCC region, MHC has partnered with FedEx, a third-party delivery aggregator. The specific package dimensions are pre-determined by FedEx.

Delivery and Shipment of International Order(s)

Users placing any/all Order(s) on the Website, wherein delivery would be outside of the UAE and GCC region, such Order(s) can only be processed upon placing a special request on our Website through our request form. Once you have placed the said request, MHC will then, at its sole discretion, decide whether or not such an Order can be processed. Approval of such Order requests would be contingent on the feasibility of being able to process such Order(s) pursuant to several factors, including, but not limited to, embargo, customer, and product restrictions;

In the event, a delivery has been processed to any such country outside of the UAE and the GCC region, and the said delivered Product(s) have been returned for any reason, then MHC will promptly contact the User to see whether the Order would need to be replaced and/or refunded. Should the User wish to replace the items purchased because the Product(s) was (were) incorrect or damaged, then any/all costs incurred for replacing the items would be borne by MHC. Should the User wish to return the items purchased and request for a refund, then MHC shall process such requests in a timely manner. Should the User wish to replace the items purchased due to a change in mind of purchasing the Product(s), then any/all costs incurred for replacing the item would be borne by the User;

In the event the delivery of any Order(s) outside of the UAE and GCC has been successfully processed, then MHC will deliver the Product(s) within fifteen (15) working days of having received Order Confirmation. This delivery timeframe does not include any unforeseen delays and/or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, customs hold, lost or stolen item(s), and/or any other situations that may arise as a result of force majeure as detailed in Clause 18 of these Terms;

For international deliveries and shipments, MHC has partnered with FedEx, a third-party delivery aggregator. Customers may face certain shipping and delivery restrictions, such as, but not limited to, availing of shipping of the Order(s) within specific package dimensions, which shall be pre-determined by FedEx.
